TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Products and Services

1.1 We aim to provide you with personalised naturopathy services to help you improve your health and that of your future children. In accepting one of the limited number of places we have available, you acknowledge that we are committing our time and resources to you. For this reason, if you decide to withdraw from one of our packages before the end date, we will not offer a refund. 

1.2 If at any time you are not satisfied with any of our services provided, you must contact us via email to hannah@themamanaturopath.com within 7 days of your consultation to express your disservice. 

1.3 We will not provide refunds or exchange of products or supplements if; you change your mind after purchase, you find similar supplements or products priced differently elsewhere or it is apparent that you have used, or stored the product incorrectly to instructions supplied. 

1.4 In situations where the product is deemed faulty, return of products will be granted.

1.5 All our testing services are provided by a third party and are non-refundable. 

1.6 All testing must be conducted within the time frame specified by the third party.

1.7 Physical products, digital products and online programs are deemed “used” once downloaded or opened. This unfortunately means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with our products. Please email hannah@themamanaturopath.com, where we will be happy to offer you a store credit. In the event you wish to return a physical item, we will be happy to offer you a store credit. Please email hannah@themamanaturopath.com with your receipt number for a return request. Items must be returned in their original condition/packaging  within 14 day of the return request.

1.8 The purchase of all our physical products, digital products, ebooks, pdf downloads and online content is subject to the following terms and conditions. All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase. All digital products, ebooks, pdf downloads, resource material, videos and online content are subject to copyright protection. Each digital product, ebook, pdf download and online content sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s (and/or their associated username/passwords) they purchased to any third party or person.

2. Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling of appointments

2.1 Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via the email provided.

2.2 We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, you must reschedule or cancel prior to 48 hours of your consultation time, you can do this via email hannah@themamanaturopath.com. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to show up, will result in you being charged the full amount of the consultation. 

2.3 Occasionally, unforeseen events arise and we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, these may be, but are not limited to practitioner illness or events out of our control. In these instances we will endeavour to reschedule at a time that suits both parties, or cancel providing all monies paid. 

3. Payment

3.1  Payment of services is required upfront prior to your consultation time. 

3.2 Payment of products, supplements and digital products must be made prior to dispensing and use. 

3.3 Payment of our services can be made via our website processed with Stripe, or by direct deposit.

3.4 You agree to pay the fees in full and on time whether or not you use or access all components of a package or all content of a program.

3.5 If you sign up to our packages via online links, you will be required to make your first payment, whether in part or in full (depending on your payment option) as part of that process. If you are paying by instalments, the instalments after the first instalment will be due the same day of each successive month until paid in full. 

3.6 If you are paying by monthly instalments and you are in arrears with your payments, your services and your access to the packages may be suspended until all fees are paid up to date. This does not change the timeframe of this agreement. Your sessions and access to the packages will still expire at the end of the term and you will be liable to pay for the full amount of the package. 

3.7 If any payment is dishonoured for any reason, you will be liable for dishonour fees. If money remains unpaid, you will also be liable for any costs and disbursements that we incur in pursuing the debt (including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis) and debt collection costs to the extent permissible under relevant legislation. 

4. Liability disclaimer-services 

4.1 Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health and disease. Within our consultations some modalities that may or may not be used include; nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle recommendations, iridology and flower essences. 

4.2 It is understood that Hannah Pyne is a naturopath and treatment will involve naturopathic principles. Hannah Pyne is not a medical practitioner and is unable to provide diagnosis or cure any medical conditions or illnesses. We do not provide guarantees, even if success has been experienced with another client with a similar health concern. 

4.3 As a naturopath, it is my duty of care to ask specific questions to ensure that the prescribed treatment will be suitable and safe for the client. If you withhold any information such as health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications or other supplements, changes in medication once treatment has commenced or anything similar, it is not our responsibility if an adverse reaction occurs. If, for whatever reason you may not have provided accurate information during consultation, please contact us immediately to do so.

4.4 Our packages aim to provide you with the support and advice you need to achieve your health goals. We cannot do the work for you. You agree to take responsibility for your own circumstances and acknowledge that the benefit you receive from our packages will depend on your personal circumstances and the effort you put in. 

4.5 As our client, it is understood that you are accepting or refusing this care of your own will.
